ANANDA MEDITATION GROUP
Our Ananda Meditation Group meets every 2nd and 4th Fridays from 6-7pm at The Yoga Hut. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
The first part of our meeting will include some gentle mind focusing exercises (which may be done in a chair as well as standing), followed by an inspirational reading or chanting.
You will be guided through ancient yogic meditation techniques, as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda, to a time of silence where you may experience your own deep inner peace. This is the place where intuition is developed.
Everyone is welcome, and we will do our best to see that you find a comfortable position for your body whether sitting on the floor or in a chair.
$10.00 suggested donation.
